Custom aluminum profilesGuangdong & Cambodia → United States
From custom extrusion and machined components to welded frames and finished outdoor furniture. Buy at the stage that fits your supply chain.
Billet to container
Most outdoor furniture suppliers own one link and buy the rest. We run the whole sequence — which means you can buy at whichever stage fits your supply chain, and the tooling and engineering stay the same either way.

Custom aluminum profiles
Stage 2
Cut, drilled, punched, bent and machined parts — legs, armrests, rails, brackets — ready to weld or assemble.
Machined components
Stage 3
Welded and finished frame sets, kitted by assembly, for manufacturers who run their own upholstery and final build.
Welded frames
Stage 4
Complete outdoor furniture, assembled, inspected and packed retail-ready or drop-ship under your label.
Finished furnitureProduct range

How it worksManufacturing capabilities
Every process below runs inside the network. When something goes wrong there is one party to call, and that party owns the fix.
Extrusion, machining, welding and finishing sit inside the same network, so we quote a whole part rather than a step of one.
Dies are cut in-house in about five days. The die library already runs to thousands of profiles.
Custom manufacturing
You do not need a finished technical drawing to start. A photo, a competitor's sample or a rough dimension sheet is enough for us to tell you whether it can be made, and what it will cost.
Send a DWG, STEP, PDF or even a phone photo.
Our engineers check extrudability, wall thickness and tooling.
Tooling, unit price, MOQ and lead time — itemised.
Die cut in-house, first samples off the real tool.
Integrated manufacturing network
We work through our own manufacturing operations and long-term affiliated production partners across extrusion, fabrication, finishing, assembly and export. Production routing is evaluated per programme, based on product requirements, capacity, lead time and applicable trade requirements.
China · Guangdong
Own operations and long-term affiliated plants across Guangdong, covering aluminum extrusion, machining, welding, component manufacturing, surface finishing, gas product assembly and mold development.
Cambodia
For suitable programmes, assembly, finishing, packaging and finished-goods manufacturing can be performed in Cambodia.
Why Caslumi
Every supplier claims quality. These are the things that actually change how your programme runs.
You are dealing with the presses, the welding fixtures and the die library — not a trading desk marking up someone else's quote.
Our own lab is qualified by CSA Group as a Testing Facility under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, so gas certification testing is witnessed on site instead of shipped abroad.
Dies are cut in-house in about five days, with samples 7–15 days after mold approval. New profiles move in weeks, not seasons.
More than 3,000 workers across our manufacturing network. Seasonal ramp-ups are routine, not an emergency.
Eight documented checkpoints from incoming material to pre-shipment, each with a record you can ask for.
Engineering feedback and quotations written for U.S. buyers, on U.S. hours, in plain English — inside one business day.
Case studies
One representative programme, showing how a requirement becomes a shipped product. Two more are on the case studies page.

Custom frame development
The customer had a design they liked and a landed cost they could not hit with their existing vendor.
Deep-seat sofa frame, teak-look armrest detail, five-year coastal warranty.
Profile redesigned to cut wall thickness where load allowed and consolidate two extrusions into one.
Fewer weld joints, lower part count, and a frame that passed the brand's corrosion testing.
We evaluate manufacturability and provide a quotation. PDF, DWG, STEP and photos all welcome — and every RFQ gets a reply within one business day.
